Workspace Delete, provides an audited way of deleting the contents of a workspace, with an optional approval process.  Exclusions can also be configured if required, and the process can operate on a rolling delete, based on modified or last accessed dates of workspace contents. ​ Workspace Move allows you to move your matters from one location to another thereby allowing you to better manage the storage cost, and accessibility of your Workspace content.  This can be used with an approval process as well as defined content exclusions or operate on a rolling move, based on modified or last accessed dates of Workspace contents.  Content can be moved to other iManage Work locations, or Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.

Legal or Litigation Hold process will allow you to remove access to users and groups either for a period of time, or until requested to be taken off hold.  Once off hold users and groups can be given access again to access the Workspace.

Soft Delete allows you to strip the permissions from a Workspace and apply those permissions you want.  Thereby removing it from general access.

Workspace copy / export allows you to take the contents, meta data and permissions of a workspace and either copy them to another iManage library location, or copy them to a local file system for auditing purposes.
